The ISO 9001/ISO 22163 Training provides effective knowledge and a functional audit methodology in order to manage, audit, certify and improve the RQMS. The management of quality, risk, cost and performance is explained. The training is supplemented with the new ISO 22163 RQMS railway system requirements, its 24 processes, 10 KPI, 288 internal audit questions and a correlation matrix. Individual and team learning exercises enable participants to audit the RQMS and its performance. The 18 ISO 19011 standard methods for performance audit, audit of processes, risk audit, supply chain audit, compliance audit, information system audit, audit sampling, life cycle audit, audit of KPIs and strategic management review show how to audit the RQMS, increase profits, reduce costs and achieve results. The participant will receives a new training manual and a 16-hour ISO 9001/ISO 22163/ISO 19011 auditor training certificate.
