Branimir Todorov is president of BTA Plus with 22 years experience as top management consultant, coaching-expert and lead auditor. Member of CAC/ISO/TC176 he participated in the development of new ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9004:2009, TS 10004:2010 and ISO 19011:2011 quality management standards. His reach experience includes more than 600 management system audits in various North American and European companies, where he has implemented significant improvement actions.

including small and large businesses from manufacturing, public services, construction, energy, resources, services and information technologies industries in Canada.
He developed multiples audit check-lists and management tools for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Implementation including measurement tools for analysis of non-quality cost, for measurement of customer satisfaction, for competence evaluation, for suppliers evaluation and for Leadership evaluation.
Post graduated in Quality Management from IGS in Paris, Branimir Todorov has a master in Industrial Engineering from UTS and is graduated from
McGill Executive Institute in Montreal. Author of several publications, Branimir wrote the best-selling book "ISO 9000 Required" Productivity Press USA, Gaëtan Morin Canada, AFNOR France and Sanno Japan.
