He has developed different measurement tools for analysis of cost of quality, for measurement of customer satisfaction, for competence evaluation and for control of suppliers to help the registration and the improvement of organizations. Postgraduated in quality management from IGS in Paris, Branimir Todorov has a master's degree in mechanical engineering from University of Technology in Sofia and graduated from McGill Executive Institute in Montreal.
